Senior Emily Russo is one of 40 finalists for Miss Basketball Minnesota.  According to Wikipedia, “Each year the Miss Basketball Minnesota award is given to the person chosen as the best high school girls basketball player in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The honor has been awarded annually since 1978 by the Minnesota Girls Basketball Coaches Association.”

Russo has committed to play basketball at Minnesota State Mankato next year as a Maverick.
