Koy Buesgens and Nick Novak are state champions!
Senior Nick Novak is the Class AAA State Champion in the 145 pound weight class. He won by a tech fall with a final score of 15-0! Congratulations, Nick!
Sophomore Koy Buesgens is the Class AAA State Champion in the 126 pound weight class. He won boy a score of 5-0. Way to go champ!
Consolation round results
Joey Novak wins wins by fall in 3:40 to place 3rd in the 152 weight class.
Colton Bornholdt wins by decision 6-4 to place 3rd in the 132 weight class.
Evan Anderson wins by fall in 2:17 to place 5th in the 220 weight class.
Semifinal round results
Koy Buesgens wins 14-4 in 126 lb.
Colton Bornholdt loses 7-2 in 132 lb. He will move on to consolation bracket.
Nick Novak wins by fall in 1:50 in 145 lb.
Joey Novak loses 64- in 152 lb. He will move on to consolation bracket.
