New Prague Boys Basketball finished off their regular season winning 4 of their last 6 games.  That was a great way to close the year for the Trojans. They later went out to a tough Owatonna team in Sections. The boys were coached by Dan Peterka and assistant Tim Ledwein. 

Coach Peterka said his favorite moment of the season was, “Our best game had to be the win over Mound Westonka. It snapped our 9-game losing streak”. Ethan Chromy, Matt Kudrle, and Andrew Nerud all scored in double figures to contribute to the 8-point win.

Although the team will lose 7 seniors including Andrew Nerud their leading scorer, Peterka has high hopes for the core group that is coming back including guards Ethan Chromy, Matthew Kudrle, and Carter Wilson. Along with other NP sports teams, they will be moved to the Metro West conference next season. Fans look forward to watching the Trojans be put to challenge.
