Five members of the New Prague girls swim and dive team represented the Trojans at state competition November 18-20.

State Competition Results

Trojan Sophomore, Nellie Dalsin, placed 14th in MSHSL Class A Diving Championship Finals held Saturday, November 20.

Congratulations to Trojan Sophomore, Payton Schieffer,  6th in the 200 IM & 2nd in the 100 Butterfly at the MSHSL meet Saturday, November 20.

State Competition Qualifiers

Sophomore Nellie Dalsin won the Section 1A diving championship and will compete in the MSHSL Class A Diving Prelims on Thursday, November 18th at Noon in the U of MN Aquatic Center.

The 200 Medley Relay team qualified for the MSHSL Class A Meet next Friday at the U of MN Aquatic Center starting at Noon. Relay members include Ella Lund (10), Caroline DeLuca (7), Payten Schieffer (10) and Taylor Bassett (8).

Payten Schieffer (10) qualified for the MSHSL Class A Swim Meet in the 200 Individual Medley. Payten placed 2nd in the Section 1A meet to qualify for the meet next Friday, November 19th at the U of MN Aquatic Center.

Congratulations to Ella Lund (10) and Payten Schieffer (10) for placing 1st and 2nd respectively in the 100 Butterfly. Payten and Ella will participate in the MSHSL Class A meet on Friday, November 19th at the U of MN Aquatic Center.

Additionally, Nellie Dalsin was named the Section 1A Diver of the Year, and Assistant Coach Tracy Torgerson was named Section 1A Diving Coach of the Year.
