The girls high school swim and dive team finished their season off after an awesome year of hard work and dedication. With fewer Covid-19 restrictions this year, the team was able to become closer than ever. Many remember memories of every meet, practice, and laugh shared. This year, 5 swimmers and 1 diver qualified for State Competition: swimmers Ella Lund, Taylor Bassett, Payten Schieffer, Cassie Dworshak, and Carolyn Deluca, and diver Nellie Dalsin. 

The girls on the team say that the most memorable moments this season were the trip to Culver’s after their final meet and the atmosphere in the locker rooms and in the pool. Every girl supports each other constantly and has an individual and unique relationship with every other person on the team.

The Swim and Dive team ended the season 7-5, with 7 wins and 5 loses. Many of the swimmers remember the season as one of the best so far and can’t wait to come back next year.
