As the cross country season came to an end, the Nike Cross Regional Race began. New Prague cross country traveled to Sioux Falls, South Dakota to run one last race this season. They worked hard for this last meet but had a lot of fun with their teammates as well.

At the cross country banquet Coach Shawn Brandt announced the girls’ captains for the 2023 season; congratulations to Sophie Baker and Grace Carlson!
