Athletic performance for the female athlete

One elective that females can take at New Prague High School is Athletic Performance for the Female Athlete. This class prioritizes weight lifting but has one day a week dedicated to cardio activity. There is also a day devoted to playing team games like volleyball or football. This class can help students improve in their individual sports, but for students who are not in a sport, it can be a great way to stay physically active. Starting out with Athletic Performance 1 is great for people who have no weightlifting experience. This class is a safe space, free of judgment, as it has people with varying skill levels. For students looking to get active during the day, this class is for you!
