Trojan Times

Jason Wessel, Assistant Editor

Jason Wessel is a returning writer and now assistant editor of Trojan Times. His first-ever interview ignited his passion for journalism: he knew he had to return, and he’s ecstatic that Trojan Times made the leap onto a screen near you. He’s also been a member of Clay Target League, Green Team, German Club and NHS, and Yearbook Committee. Outside of school, he enjoys reading, gaming, hooping, rolling dice, and of course spending time with friends. His favorite movie is Parasite by Bong Joon-ho, and he’s a big fan of 21 Savage, Young Thug, and Travis Scott. He’s also politically active, supporting Yang’s message and having voted in the Democratic primary, so feel free to email him for discourse. He’s looking forward to studying Computer Science at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
